Dairy from our own kitchen

Dairy from here

The milk from our cows goes straight to the dairy kitchen on the farm. There we make yoghurt, vla (Dutch custard), hangop (strained yoghurt) and kefir for the fridge in our parlour.

How we make it

1
A cow at the milking robot in the barn

Milking at the cow's own pace

Our milking robots are available day and night. The cows walk over by themselves whenever they want to be milked. That milk is the basis for our dairy and our ice cream.

2
The vat of fresh yoghurt in the dairy kitchen

Made on the farm

In our own dairy kitchen we turn the milk into yoghurt, vla, hangop and kefir. That way the whole process stays close to home.

After filling, the glass bottles and jars go straight to the parlour. You can bring empty glass back to us to be reused.
